I went by the Rauchhaus to take a picture, but along with all the grafitti was No Photo in big block letters on the two sides of the building facing Bethaniendamm. It seemed more sordid than 2003, but I wasn’t sure. I’ve changed too.
The grafitti in Kreuzberg is all chaotic tagging, with very little directed political content or acid dream fractal works of beauty.
